Fixed bug with check for latest version of program.

Security issue has been fixed. Now only administrator can change setting of program.

The new version adds the possibility of DNS settings via a modem connection, and VPN.

The program is designed for Windows 2000, XP and Vista. This version is not support the configuration of DNS servers for modem and VPN.
